1 dozen medium size zucchini (koosa)
3/4 cup rice - rinse 3 times - cold water
1 1/2 pound lamb (may use hamburger)
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. black pepper, ground allspice, cinnamon
1 can of tomato sauce (8 ounce) or diced tomatos (14.5 ounce)
medium onion - diced

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse rice with cold water in a colander and add to meat. Add the spices and butter and mix well. Scoop zucchini middle out and leave about 1/4 inch. Dice 1 medium onion and saute in 1 tbsp. of butter and add to zucchini. Stuff with the meat mixture and arrange in the kettle. Add 1 can of tomato sauce and add enough water to cover the zucchini. Add salt. Simmer about 1 to 2 hours or until soft.
