5# red potatoes boiled and cut
1# bacon
1 cup vinegar,
1 cup sugar,
1 cup water,
1 onion chopped.

Directions:

1# bacon diced and fried reserve grease
Dressing:
1cup vinegar,
1 cup sugar,
1 cup water,
bacon grease,
1 onion chopped.
Mix together and cook over low heat. Add 2 heaping tbsp of
corn starch to dressing, stir constantly until white and cloudy, pour
over potatoes and bacon. Serve warm.
