1 tube Pizza Dough
Salami
Ham
Pepperoni
Mozzarella
Provolone
1 Egg Yolk
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Oven to 400º
Roll out Pizza Dough
Layer Meat, then cheese as desired (Leaving at least 1 inch of dough on each side)
Mix Egg Yolk with a few tablespoons water and brush on all of the dough that is showing.
Cover the meat and chees with the dough, pinch together to seal the openings.
Put on non-stick baking sheet seam side down
Coat the top and sides with Olive Oil
Bake for 20-25 min

You can use whatever meat or cheeses that you like. If there is any spillage, you can put it on a cooling rack for a few min. to make sure it doesn't get soggy.
Leftovers are good for lunches too.
