1 Yellow Cake mix
1 sm can Mandarin Oranges with juice
4 eggs
1/2 c Cooking Oil

Filling
1 lg container Cool Whip
1 lg can Crushed Pineapple with juice
1 sm box Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease three round cake pans and set off to side. Beat all ingredients for cake until well blended. Pour cake batter in greased cake pans. Bake at 350º about 25 minutes. Remove and cool completely.

Filling:
Combine pineapple (with juice) to box of instant pudding, stir until pudding is incorporated. Fold mixture into Cool Whip. Spread between layers and over rest of cake. Refrigerate over night.
