1 pkg. cornbread muffin mix
1 envelope ranch salad dressing
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. mayo
3 large tomatoes
1/2 c. red pepper
1/2 c. green bell pepper
1/2 c. green onions
2 cans 16 oz. pinto beans drained
2 cans corn drained
10 slices fried bacon crumbled or 1 pkg. real bacon bits
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Prepare cornbread muffin mix and cool. Stir together sour cream, salad dressing and mayo, set aside. Combine tomatoes pepper and onions, gently toss. Crumble 1/2 cornbread into 3 qt. bowl. Top with half each beans, tomato mixture, cheese, bacon, corn and dressing mix. Repeat layers. Cover and chill 3 hours. I make the day ahead.
