4 oz cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced green chilis
1/2 cup (about six) diced green onions
4 oz black diced olives
4 soft tacos size 8 inch flour tortillias
Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl, minus salsa and tortilla shells
Make sure to drain chilis and olives
Spread mixture on each tortilla - think layer and rollup tightly
Wrap each roll in 1 inch pieces. Serve with salsa
*Can be made ahead and kept in fridge for 2 days

In high school I worked at the local shoe store, Glauber Shoes and Sports. My dear co-worker Vickie, made these as an after school snack. I love this snack just as much now in my thirties as I did in high school!
