3/4 CUP SHORTENING
1 CUP SUGAR
1/4 CUP MOLASSES
1 EGG
2 CUPS FLOUR
2 TSP. SODA
1 TSP. CINNAMON
1/2 TSP. SALT
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and 1 cup sugar, add molasses and egg mix well.
Sift flour, spices, soda and salt. Add to mixture.
Cover and cool.
Form into 1 in. balls and roll in sugar.
Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375 degree.
