4 large baking potatoes
1 T butter
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup milk (fat-free)
1/2 cup (2 oz) shredded Gruyere cheese, divided
1/2 c chopped cooked ham
1T chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Pierce potatoes with a fork, and bake for 1 hour (or cook in microwave oven).
Let cool somewhat and then cut tops off potatoes and scoop pulp into a bowl. Heat butter in a small skillet and sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add milk and simmer. Add to pulp in the bowl, add 2/3 of the cheese, ham and parsley. Mix well and stuff potatoes, topping with remaining cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese begins to brown.
