4-6 chicken breasts ( baked with any favorite herb blend spice and roughly chopped)
1 can black olives ( drained and roughly chopped)
1 1/2 cup red grapes (each grape quartered )
1/2 cup salted cashews (roughly chopped)
1 cup+ mayonnaise
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon granulated or powdered onion
1 Tablespoon minced garlic ( garlic sauteed in extra virgin olive oil)
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoon + curry powder ( more if it is mild)
seasoned salt , garlic salt and pepper to taster

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything for sauce. Add in chicken, olives, grapes and cashews.Refrigerate at least overnight before serving. Add extra mayonnaise and seasoning to tastes. Best served on buttered, toasted English muffins.
