4-6 pork chops
1/4-C mayonnaise
1/2-tsp garlic powder
1/2-C pretzels, crushed
2-tsp butter
1/4-tsp sage

Directions:
Directions:
Stir the mayonnaise and garlic together.

Dip chops into mixture; coating well. dredge in the crushed pretzels,

Place in casserole baking dish with melted butter. Sprinkle each chop with sage.

Bake at 400º for 45 minutes or until chops are tender.
