1 LB. squash, chopped
8-10 crackers, crushed
2 eggs
1/2-C milk
1 onion, chopped
1/4-C butter
1-C cheddar cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash until tender; drain.

Add Crackers, butter, egg yolks, cheese, milk, salt and pepper.

Beat egg whites and fold into mixture. Place in greased baking dish.

Bake at 350º for25-30 minutes
