4 (4 ounce) boneless chops
1/8 tsp ground sage
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cupped minced onion
1/4 c currant jelly
1 1/2 tsp dijon msutard

Directions:

Trim fat form chops. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray/oil:
place over hi heat until hot. Sprinkle chops with sage,sant and pepper:
add to skillet and cook i min on each side. Reduce heat to medium cook chops
4 -5 m,in on each side until done. Transfer chop to platter and keep warm.

Add onions to skillet and cook over medium heat for 2 min. Reduce heat and add jelly
and mustard, simmer 2 minutes or until glaze is reduced. Spoon over chops
