2 LBs sausage (hot or mild)
9 eggs (beaten)
3-C milk
1 1/2-tsp dry mustard
1-tsp salt
3 slices of white bread
1 1/2-C cheddar cheese (12 oz.)
Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain.

Mix remaining ingredients (except bread slices).

Layer bread slices in bottom of a greased 9 x 13 x 2 pan.

Pour mixture over the bread and refrigerate overnight.

Bake for 1 hr @ 350º.
