3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 stick butter
3 tbs. self rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 cups milk
Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and milk together, about 2 minutes. Add mixture to dry ingredients in blender; add eggs and vanilla. Bake at 400º for 10 minutes.
