4 Chicken breasts, boiled or one whole chicken, chopped into bite-size pieces.
1/2-tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
1- 10oz. can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter
1-C crushed Ritz crackers
2-tsp poppy seeds (more if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and de-bone chicken.

Mix together cayenne pepper, soup and sour cream. Melt butter.

Stir together crushed Ritz crackers and poppy seeds.

Layer chicken then soup mixture in a 9x12 inch baking dish.

Top with cracker crumb, poppy seed mix.

Bake 40 minutes at 350º or until casserole is bubbly.
