1-2 CUPS WATER
1 TSP. SALT
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
ABOUT 8 CUPS FLOUR
4-5 POTATOES PEELED AND CUT IN ABOUT 1 INCH SECTIONS
1-2 LBS. BEEF STEW MEAT

Mix eggs and water.
Add flour 1cup at a time.
Divide dough into 8 equal parts.
Roll out each about 9 in circles. Spread heated oil or butter on circles.
Stretch out very thin like paper being careful not to make holes.
Roll as jelly roll but loosely. Cut in about 3 inch lengths.
Brown meat in electric fry pan add potatoes and about 2 cups water, boil until potatoes are just about soft. Place struddle on top potatoes and meat.
Cover and cook on low . About 20 minutes and they start to fry. Careful not to lift cover while cooking.
Stir serve with Onion Gravy.
