1/2 c Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/3 -1/2 c Oil
1 Medium Onion finely chopped
8 oz Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or any of your choosing)
2 Eggs beaten
3 c Diced Zucchini

1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Mix all ingredients and place in a round baking tin/dish.
3. Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown.
