1 box of Jiffy Pie crust mix (Any brand works but Jiffy tastes the best)
2 egg yolk
2/3 cup sugar

1. Whisk the sugar into the pie crust mix.
2. Add egg yolks and enough cold water to obtain a good consistency.
3. Roll to 1/8 inch thick
