2 pkgs of cream cheese
2 big cans of chicken (drained)
5 oz or more of Frank's hot wing sauce
1 cup of ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat chicken and hot sauce in a pan. Add cream cheese, dressing and shredded cheese. Bake for 20 mins at 350º

You can mix all this together and put in the microwave on high for 5 minutes
