12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
Stick margarine
12 oz. rice chex
2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
In large bowl melt chocolate chips, margarine and stir in peanut butter. pour in cereal and stir. Put powered sugar in empty brown bag - pour mixture in bag and coat evenly.
