4 cans tomato paste
15 cans water
1 1/2 TBS garlic salt
1 TBS salt
1 TBS cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp sugar
3 TBS parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp pepper
1 pork chop
1/2 cup chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
* In a large saucepan mix together all ingredients except pork chop & onion.
* Simmer on low for 3-4 hours.
* Brown onion & pork chop in a skillet.
* Add pork chop & onion to sauce.
* Cook for several hours until sauce thickens.

The Tabortown Road house was where Granny & Grandpa retired. The four generations Wright picture was taken there. Granny always smelled like Dove soap. We would pull out the game boards. Great memories, good days. I would beg my mother to spend the summer there. That’s one of the do overs I wish I had.~Larry
