1 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. basil pesto
2 chicken breasts - cooked, diced
1/4 sweet onion, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, seeded & chopped
1/2 lb. pasta (not spaghetti), cooked & drained
pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350º F. Spray baking dish (or dishes, if dividing) with no-stick spray.
Cook pasta to directions on package - do not over cook. Drain.
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, pesto & 1-1/2 c. cheddar cheese until very well combined. Stir in onion, bell pepper, chicken & pasta. Mix well. Spread into prepared baking dish/es. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Top with remaining 1/2 c. cheese. Bake an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the top has browned lightly & cheese is melted.
