1 - 8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 c. shredded white cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. basil pesto
2 cans (13 oz each) chicken breast, drained
1/2 red bell pepper, seeded & chopped

Preheat oven to 350º F. Spray no-stick oil into 8"x8" or oval baking dish. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, one cup of shredded cheddar, & the pesto until very well combined. Stir in the chicken & bell pepper. Spread dip into prepared baking dish. Bake for 20 minuites. Top with remaining 1/2 c. cheese. Bake an additional 5-10 minutes, or until dip has browned lightly and cheese is melted. Serve with favorite crackers.
