5 med eggs
1/4 c milk
1/2+ t salt
-1 1/2 c flour
Kielbasa or sausage
Sauerkraut
Directions:
Directions:
Place sausage and sauerkraut in large pot and bring the water to a boil. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, add milk. Add salt & flour & blend. Add to sausage & sauerkraut once the water is boiling. Drop by teaspoonfuls. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.
