4 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. water
4 egg whites
½ stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Nuts (Optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Cook first four ingredients until it is soft crack on the candy thermometer.
Beat egg whites until stiff
Pour candy over egg whites
Add butter, vanilla, and nuts
Spoon out onto parchment paper.
