Pastry for two crust 9-inch pie
3 eggs
2 2/3 T milk
2 C sugar
4 T flour
3/4 Tsp nutmeg
4 C cut up rhubarb
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and add milk. Mix together and stir in sugar, flour and nutmeg. Mix in cut-up rhubarb. Pour into pastry lined pan. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Bake in 400º oven for 50-60 minutes.

This recipe is from John Knopp's mother. John lived in Wyoming close to Ken and Mary Ann's house. He looked after the house when they were not there.
