1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. red pepper
10 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and bake at 350 º for 30 – 40 minutes.

Don’t use a deep dish soufflé dish or it will not get cooked in the middle. Use a dish about 2” high. Make sure soufflé doesn’t wiggle in the middle when shaken. Cook 5 more minutes at a time until done.
