10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1-1/2 tbsp. butter, melted
1-1/2 cups milk
1 cup water
12 oz. Velveeta cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to pkg. directions, omitting salt; drain well. Cook onions and pepper in butter in a large sauce pan over medium heat, stirring constantly until tender. Add broccoli, milk, and remaining ingredients. Cook until cheese melts and mixture is thoroughly heated, stirring often. Yield: 6 cups
