9-inch pie crust, baked
1-1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1-2/3 cup evaporated milk, 1 can
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1-1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour and cocoa; gradually stir in milk. Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Reduce heat; cook and stir 4 minutes. Add small amount of mixture to egg yolks; return all to pan. Cook and stir 1-3 minutes more. Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla. Cook 5 minutes and pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue. Bake according to meringue directions.
