Ingredients:  
1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 small red pepper, finely chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped fine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1-2 T cilantro, finely chopped
3 T red wine vinegar
3 T olive oil
1 T lime juice
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine chickpeas, black beans, celery, garlic, red pepper flakes and cilantro in a medium bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, lime juice, salt and pepper.

Pour on salad, mix, taste and add more salt and pepper if needed.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. (Optional, but it tastes better.)
