4 cups watermelon, cubed or use a Mellon baller
1/2 cup feta, crumbled
1/2 cup mint, chopped
Kosher salt to taste
White basalmic vinegar (2-4 ozs.) to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Add watermelon to large bowl with mint, feta and salt.

Add 2 oz. of balsamic vinegar. Add more to taste.

Toss and serve.
