1 Pork Butt Roast approximately 5 lbs.
5 or 6 medium onions
1 lb. lean bacon, (Hickory Smoked)
1 tbsp. Seasoning Salt
1 - 2 lb. carton Chicken Stock
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 cup yellow mustard
1 cup ketchup
1 can 10.75 oz. tomato soup
3 tbsp. A1 Steak Sauce
3 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp. paprika
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
3 tsp. Mrs. Dash
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 - 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 - 1/2 tsp. salt
6 or 7 drops angostura bitters
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Trim as much fat from Pork Butt as possible. Cut pork into cubes.
Put pork cubes, bacon and onions in slow cooker and sprinkle with seasoning. Add chicken stock and cook for 6 to 8 hours until tender.
Take meat and onion from slow cooker and put in refrigerator. Put stock I refrigerator until fat hardens. Remove hardened fat from stock and discard.
Combine the rest of ingredients except for liquid smoke and simmer on low for 2 hours. Stir in liquid smoke in the last half hour of simmering.
Combine sauce with meat mixture.
Very good served over rice.
