BASE: 3/4 C MARGARINE, SOFTENED
1/3C SUGAR
1/2 C COCOA
1 1/2TSP VANILLA
2 EGGS
3C GRAHAM WAFER CRUMBS
1 1/2 C COCONUT
3/4C CHOPPED WALNUTS
FILLING: 6TBSP MARGARINE
3 1/2OZ PKG VANILLA INSTANT PUDDING POWDER
3C SIFTED ICING SUGAR
1/3C MILK
TOPPING: 4TBSP MILK
1C SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS

Directions:
Place margarine, sugar, cocoa, vanilla and eggs in a large bowl. Stir until well blended. Combine graham wafer crumbs, coconut and walnuts and add to chocolate mixture. Mix until all dry ingred. are well coated. Press firmly and evenly into bottom of 9x13 pan. Cream margarine in medium bowl. Mix pudding powder and icing sugar together. Add to margarine along with milk and beat until it resembles icing. Spread filling evenly over base and chill 15 min. Heat milk in top of double boiler; add choc. chips. Stir constantly to make smooth chocolate topping. Spread melted chocolate quickly and evenly over top and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving
