3/4C BUTTER
3C WHITE SUGAR
6 EGGS
3/4C MILK
5 ¼ C FLOUR
3TSP BAKING POWDER
1 ½ LB. SULTANA RAISINS
1 LB RED CHERRIES
1 LB GREEN CHERRIES
¾ LB SLIVERD ALMONDS
1 1/2C CRUSHED PINEAPPLE AND JUICE
3C COCONUT
2½ LB MIXED FRUIT (WITHOUT PEEL)

Directions:
Cream butter and sugar til fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and almond flavouring – 1 tsp each. Take ½ C of flour and dust all of fruit with the flour. Add pineapple and juice , then add flour and baking powder. Lastly fold in the floured fruit. Line greased loaf pans with parchment paper and grease it too. Fill with mixture ¾ full. Bake 300 – 325F for 3 hours.
