Frosted Banana Bars Recipe

1/2 C Butter
2 C Sugar
3 Eggs
1 1/2 C Mashed Ripe Bananas (about 3 medium)
1 tsp Vanilla
2 C Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch Salt

FROSTING INGREDIENTS
1/2 C Butter
1 8oz Pkg Cream Cheese, softened
4 C Confectioners' Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Mix in eggs, bananas and vanilla.
Combine the flour, baking soda and salt and add to creamed mixture and mix well.
Pour into a greased jelly roll pan and bake at 350º for 25 minutes or util bars test done. Cool.

FROSTING:
Cream butter and cream cheese in bowl. Gradually add confectioners sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Spread over bars or eat with a spoon.
