Pork Stove Top Stuffing.
4 Pork Chops (1" thick, no bone)
4 Medium Apples
1/4 Cinnamon
1/4 C Seedless Raisins
Butter
Brown and White Sugar
Salt and Pepper
4 Medium Sweet Potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Butter bottom of 9x12" pan.
Place pork chops in pan. Salt and pepper.
Core apples, peel if desired. Add to pan and add butter and sugar and cinnamon to the hole in the apple. Add raisins if desired (yummy).
Peel sweet potatoes and cut into smaller pieces if desired (quarters).
Put butter on potatoes and add to pan.
Moisten stuffing with hot water and melted butter as on box. Add more raisins. Spoon onto pork chops and fill pan.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Pork chops and potatoes should be very tender.

I received this recipe from Delores Royal at my wedding shower. It is much simpler in my version than her version because she made the stuffing from scratch. I fix this for holidays and special occasions when I want people to think I am a good cook!! It is DELICIOUS!!! You can always add more chops and apples and potatoes....
