1 large loaf Vienna bread
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup shredded Swiss or mozzarella cheese
8 oz sliced pepperoni or ham
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
poppy seeds if desired

Directions:

Slice bread lengthwise and crosswise to create a grid. Do not cut all the way through. Stuff with mushrooms, cheese and pepperoni.
In a small pan melt butter, seasoned salt, dry mustard, lemon juice and poppy seeds. Pour over stuffed bread. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
Bake at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes, until cheese is melted. Serve on platter and pull apart squares.

You can use any combination of meat and cheese for this bread. Ham and mozzarella is good, also.
