5 large potatoes
5 large carrots
3 stalks celery
1 large onion
water to just cover meat & vegetables
3 pounds round steak or roast, lean cut
3 cups V-8 juice
6 tbsp. cornstarch
salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. dried parsley
2 tbsp. Watkins Meat Magic
1 tbsp. beef bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
Trim off any fat and cut meat in small bite size pieces; brown in hot skillet on medium heat. Stir frequently while it browns and prepare the vegetables by cutting them in small pieces. After meat is brown, add vegetables and spices (salt, pepper, Watkins Meat Magic, parsley, and bouillon) and simmer for 1/2 hour. Dissolve cornstarch in V-8 juice and add. Cook until vegetables are tender and crisp or how you like them.
