Directions:
Peel and cook, 6 - 8 red potatoes ( red potatoes will not crumble when cubed)
Cool, then cube potatoes:
Boil 6 - 8 eggs for 9 minutes after they come to a boil: Don`t cut back on eggs. Run cold water on eggs after they have boiled, so as they stop cooking. We don`t want dark colored yolks. Peel and cool: Making sure both potatoes and eggs are cool when adding to mixing bowl.
In mug or water glass mix about 1/2 cup of Miracle Whip and equal amount of Whipping Cream, adding a couple of squeezes of prepared mustard.
Add dressing to cooled potatoes and eggs just before serving.
