3 eggs, well beaten
1 c raisins
1 c vanilla
1 c butter
1 c brown sugar
1 c white sugar
2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 c oatmeal
3/4 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, raisins and vanilla; let stand one hour, covered. Cream together butter and sugars. Add flour, salt, cinnamon and soda to sugar mixture. Mix well. Mix egg/raisin mixture with oatmeal and nuts. Add to flour mixture. Drop by heaping teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet or roll into small balls and flatten slightly on cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
