1 apple cored an cubed or sliced
1 can mandarin oranges
1 can water packed solid tuna, drained and broken into chunks
A few walnuts chopped

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
Blend and pour over salad and toss
