2 c grated zucchini
3 eggs
1 3/4 c white sugar
1 c oil
2 tsp vanilla
14 oz crushed pineapple, well drained
3 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp sal
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp nutmeg
1 c raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add sugar and continure to beat until well blended. Stir in oil, vanilla, zucchini and pineapple. Combine dry ingredients and stir into egg mixture. Stir in raisins. Pour into two greased loaf tins, or 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
