1 cup Salted Softened Butter
1/2 cup Sugar
1 1/2 cups packed Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 3/4 cups f
3/4 tsp smallish medium course sea salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2 cups Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup Skor Chips
1/2 cup Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 360º F.
Cream butter, sugar & brown sugar until it is nice & fluffy. (Approx. 3 min on med-high on K-5).
Add both eggs & vanilla and beat for additional 2 mins.
Add baking soda, baking powder, salt & flour until batter is fully incorporated.
Finally - add choc chips, skor chips & pecans until well distributed. The batter will be somewhat thick.
Drop about 2 tbsp of dough on parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 - 14 mins until the edges are golden brown.
Remove from heat & allow the cookies to remain on cookie sheet for additional 2 mins.
Pick up the parchment paper with cookies still on it & transfer to a cool non porous surface.
Allow cookies to cool on paper for at least 3 mins before serving.
