1lb butter
3 cups flour (less 2 table spoons) – start with 2 ½ cups

Directions:

Beat the butter and flour together.

Add: 1 cup corn starch
1 cup icing sugar

Mix until smooth. Either roll into 1 inch balls and flatten with a fork or put into a cookie press. Bake at 350°F for 7-8 min or until a light golden brown.
