1 cup Cream
2 cups Parmesan Cheese

1. Warm butter and cream together over med high heat until hot.

2. Add Parmesan cheese, stir until melted. DO NOT BOIL

3. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve over pasta, garnish with parsley.
