For 12-14 lb. turkey:
1 12 oz. bottle beer, room temperature
1/2 c. butter, melted
6 cloves garlic
2 T. Worchestershire sauce
2 T. Creole seasoning
1 T. Tabasco
1 T. kosher salt
1/2 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place beer, butter, garlic, Worchestershire, Creole seasoning, hot sauce, salt, and pepper in blender and puree until smooth. Inject meat all over at 1 inch intervals.

For chicken, half ingredients.

After injecting poultry, rub with favorite rub and brush with oil.

Cook in smoker or on grill according to manufacturer's instructions.
