1 package pound cake mix
1 envelope whipped topping mix
4 eggs
1/2 c water
1 tsp. lemon flavoring or vanilla

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat 4 minutes at medium speed.
Grease and flour lamb cake mold. Fill face mold making sure to fill the ears. Place toothpicks in both ears and nose.
Place mold on a cookie sheet and bake in a 350º oven for 1 hour.
When done, remove from oven and take the back mold off. Allow to cool 15-20 minutes, then remove from pan.

Can be made ahead of time then frozen until needed.
Before serving, shift powder sugar on cake and serve with strawberries.

The earlier version called for a coconut frosting, making it very sweet.

Cake plate can be decorated with green colored coconut, peeps and chocolate eggs.
