1 c evaporated milk
1 3 oz. box lemon jello
1/3 c honey
zest of one lemon
1 1/4 c boiling water
2 c vanilla wafers crumbs
1/8 tsp. soda and salt (each)

Directions:
Directions:
Chill milk overnight. Dissolve Jello-O in boiling water; add honey, salt, lemon and zest. Beat milk until stiff. Add slightly congealed gelatin. Place 1/2 of the wafer crumbs in bottom of 10x10 pan. Put gelatin mixture on top, then top with remainder of the crumbs. Chill until set.
