Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 cups corn puffs
1 bag white chocolate chips (Guittard are the best)
nonpareils

Directions:
Directions:
Place white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for one minute – remove and stir – microwave for another 30 seconds if necessary. Stir to finish the melting process. Place corn puffs in a large bowl and pour chocolate over them. Stir vigorously to coat corn puffs with chocolate. Dump onto parchment lined baking sheet and spread out. If desired you can shake candy sprinkles on them for added color. Allow to cool completely. Note: not all white chocolate is the same – some take longer to dry. You have to use white chocolate chips for this, not white chocolate bars. Trust me.
