Cake:
1 box of yellow cake mix
1-3 3/4 ounce box of vanilla instant pudding mix
4 Eggs
1/2-C cold water
1/2-C Bacardi dark rum
1/2-C Crisco Vegetable oil

Glaze:
1 stick butter
1/4-C water
1-C granulated sugar
1/2-C Bacardi dark rum

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.

Mix Cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, rum and oil until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour at 325º.
While cake is cooking: prepare the glaze. In a pan, melt butter, stir in water and sugar. Boil for 5 minutes. Stir in rum.

Cool cake in the pan for 25 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate. Prick the top of the cake, then spoon and brush Rum Glaze evenly over the cake, allowing the cake to absorb the glaze.
